Using the site

Shekinah Radio is provided for personal listening. You may stream it, share links to it, and tell people about it. You may not rebroadcast the stream, resell access, or present it as your own service.

Content and ownership

Messages, music and programmes broadcast on Shekinah Radio belong to the ministries, artists and creators who produced them. Broadcasting a work does not transfer any rights in it, and it does not give listeners permission to copy or redistribute it.

If you believe something we have broadcast infringes your rights, contact us and we will take it down while we look into it.

Submitting audio

When you submit audio you confirm that you own it or have permission to share it, and you give the station permission to broadcast it. You keep ownership of your work. You can ask us to stop broadcasting it at any time.

We are not obliged to broadcast anything submitted, and we may edit submissions for length or audio quality.

Live chat conduct

The listening room is a shared space. Abuse, harassment, spam, solicitation and content that has no place on a Christian station will be removed, and repeat offenders will be blocked. Moderation decisions are made by the station and are final.

Availability

We aim to keep the stream running twenty-four hours a day, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Outages happen — network faults, maintenance, and occasionally things outside our control.

Liability

The site and stream are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, Shekinah Radio is not liable for loss arising from use of the site, from content broadcast on it, or from interruptions to the service.

Changes

These terms may be updated. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
