This policy explains what information Shekinah Radio collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It applies to this website and to the live stream.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit audio, request a song, subscribe to the newsletter, or contact us, we collect the details you enter — typically your name, email address, and whatever you write in the message.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we record basic technical data: browser type, device, approximate country, and which pages were visited. The stream also reports anonymous listener counts.

Live chat. Messages sent in the listening room are visible to other listeners. Do not post anything you would not want read publicly.

Why we collect it

• To reply to you and to tell you when submitted audio is scheduled.
• To send the newsletter, if you asked for it.
• To understand how many people are listening and roughly where from.
• To keep the chat and submissions free of abuse.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to build profiles about you beyond what is needed to run the station.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies to remember your colour preference and volume setting, and to measure traffic. You can clear or block them in your browser; the stream will still work.

How long we keep it

Contact messages and submissions are kept for as long as they are useful to the station. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Technical logs are kept for a limited period and then discarded.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us through the contact page and we will action it.

Children

The station is open to everyone, but this site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
